About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Implementation Manager to join our team. The Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in welcoming our new customers into Stravito. You manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from project kickoff to go-live, ensuring that all milestones are met within the agreed timeline.

• Act as the main point of contact for our client stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication throughout the implementation phase.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager and communicate with internal teams to align implementation activities with client goals and objectives.

• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the implementation process, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that arise.

• Maintain accurate documentation and project records, including project plans, timelines, and client communications.

• Continuously evaluate and optimize the implementation process to improve efficiency and client experience.

About you

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS industry or software implementation field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to spot issues promptly and find practical solutions.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of SaaS products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.

• Comfortable navigating the basic technical concepts involved in executing the implementation process.

• Able to thrive in start-up and remote-first environments.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
