Customer Interaction: Assist customers over the phone and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.

Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and assisting with scheduling appointments.

Information Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the team to inform improvements to service and product offerings.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints constructively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
