ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Assist customers over the phone and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and assisting with scheduling appointments.
Information Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the team to inform improvements to service and product offerings.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints constructively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Customer Orientation: Strong ability to assist and understand customer needs, ensuring satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
Team Player: Must be able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
