What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Lead International Logistics Coordinator to lead the International Sales Support team and provide support for all exporting and importing activities within the Mohawk North America Flooring Group.

What you'll do:

• Review full order entry process and evaluate how to increase and improve automation and/or productivity enhancements by using technology & current systems

• Develop departmental training best practices for all new hires and help lead continuous training initiatives for current employees

• Understand the demographic of the Sales regions to which they are assigned, including sales structure, customer base, shipping guidelines, inventory movement, cut off and transfer times, warehouse hours and contacts etc.

• Provide support for order management activities to include check and reserve stock, order status, locate inventory, order modification, order entry, routing and logistics functions

• Understand shipping/customs documents needed based on the country and customer and provide information to freight forwarders/carriers in a timely manner

• Weekly management of Open Order Aging report whereby you will drive the team to ensure all ROW region orders between 2-8+ weeks open are actioned; document problem areas and engage Intl. Sales Ops where support is needed to get shipments out the door

What you have:

• High school diploma

• 5+ years of related customer facing experience

• Demonstrated growth with progressive roles

• Knowledge of air and ocean transportation and cargo handling practices

• Knowledge of Custom documentation and shipping guidelines for each country serviced

• Ability to speak and interpret Spanish (preferred)
