Store Manager

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our client's stores in Atlanta and drive everyday success.

salary: $37,000 - $41,600 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

 Recruits, trains, supervises, and appraises team
o Ensure accurate and timely timecard management for both self and team
o Uphold dress code standards for both self and team
o Use provided company tools and processes to document performance of team
o Model integrity to staff and treats others with respect
 Oversees day-today retail operations
o Sign customers up for the cake rewards club and explain the benefits
o Create store plan and schedules within labor budget
o Completes all assigned duties within the deadline
o Resolve customer issues quickly and delivers appropriate solutions to make
customers happy
o Manage retail inv. variance as well as timely inventory completion
o Responsible for cash variance for both sales and petty cash
 Maintain exceptional quality of all products
o Utilize FIFO guidelines and reducing waste
o Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
o Uses operational tools to ensure completion of opening and closing duties
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation
o Follow appropriate slicing guidelines
o Provide meaningful feedback for the DM with suggestions for improvement

 Focuses on Company Engagement
o Engage in monthly promotional goals
o Ask questions if something is unclear and seeks out opportunities to learn
o Complete all required employee training

 Sales Focus and Transaction Growth
o Increase transactions for both bakery and retail products
o Coach team and sales techniques
o Ensure team adhere to sample schedules
