Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Review and approve payroll
• Prepare a working capital report on a weekly basis for the Regional Finance Manager
• Assists with the production of annual budgets and forecasts for the organization
• Implementation of cross training within the Accounting Department
• Review and investigate accounting errors, discrepancies and reconciling items for the organization
• Develops and documents written accounting policies and procedures for the organization
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
• Provide regular reports to the enterprise and evaluate company goals
• Enforce company policies consistently and fairly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or pursuit of certification is a plus
• Minimum of 2-5 years of audit experience in Public Accounting
• Strong proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Strong proficiency in accounting and ERP database software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant business applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the strategic impact of financial decisions

Willingness and ability to travel to Member Firms for on-site support and finance team meetings
