Estimator - Commercial Print Labels

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with commercial print, label, and accounting experience to join our team. This position combines estimating label projects with a range of accounting responsibilities, supporting both operational efficiency and our financial goals. The ideal candidate will bring estimating and accounting experience, be proficient with financial software, and able to manage finance responsibilities at the location level. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a label estimator to contribute to a dynamic organization, to wear many hats, and make an impact every day.

Duties:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for label projects, utilizing knowledge of materials, production processes, and client specifications.
• Develop detailed proposals and quotes that support profitability.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer returns, credits, payments, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the call center and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Manage the facility's accounts payable and receivables, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation, using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and review financial statements for corporate accounting.
• Reconcile accounts such as receivables, payables, and bank statements; ensure accuracy of journal entries and ledger postings.
• Support internal controls, assist with audit preparation, and external audits.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and estimating.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and purchasing team members.
• Engage in purchasing-related activities.

Qualifications:

• 2 years Print related estimating experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance or other related area of study preferred
• 2 years of proven experience in business-related accounting.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Strong leadership experience and communication skills to manage, lead, and inspire.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Detail-oriented.
