In a Production Manager job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Workflow Management : Supervising the assembly of specialized units like the "F Series," "G Series," and "FA8" to ensure they are manufactured according to engineering specifications.
• Quality Assurance : Implementing and enforcing strict quality control protocols to ensure every unit meets performance and safety standards.
• Resource Allocation : Ensuring assembly teams have the tools, blueprints, and materials needed to meet output goals and the company’s shipping guarantees.
• Supply Chain & Logistics : Managing inventory for replacement filters and raw materials to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Technical & Safety Compliance : Maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment in compliance with OSHA and industrial hygiene standards.
• Equipment Maintenance : Scheduling routine maintenance for heavy machinery, including presses and forklifts, to prevent operational downtime.
• Workforce Development : Overseeing the training and ramp-up periods for new production staff to ensure the team can handle backlogs and maintain steady output.

• Experience : Proven background in manufacturing operations, production oversight, or assembly leadership.
• Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical skills, and the use of precision tools.
