At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact at the kiosk — greet every customer with a smile.
- Educate guests on Sparkle’s wash packages, products, and membership program.
- Promote memberships and upgrades
- Create a welcoming, efficient experience that keeps customers coming back.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain smooth operations.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, persuasive, and professional — you love engaging with people.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
Pay & Perks:
- $11.00–$13.00/hour (plus commission).
- Commission-heavy role with significant earning potential.
- All employees are eligible for club plan commissions.
