**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or hazards.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
+ Interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
