The General Labor Warehouse Associate at our Cartersville, Georgia, warehouse plays a vital role in our Warehouse Team by assisting with general duties that involve the physical handling of products, materials, and supplies in the preparation of orders for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and individual Customers throughout the United States.

Location:

This is an on-site position (no remote or hybrid work arrangements are available) at our newly constructed facility. The warehouse is located at:

201 Georgia 293

Cartersville, GA

(This is across from the CPC Chemical Plant & Old Mill Road.)

Shift Information:

The standard shift if 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday but may include some weekends and mandatory overtime depending on business needs.

Mid Shift is 11:00 AM - 7:45 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime, evening, and weekend work (based on business needs).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of products.
• Identify, sort, count, and palletize products by SKU ensuring product is not damaged.
• Safely move products within the warehouse with the use of a pallet jack.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Meets safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Other warehouse duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to work in varying facility conditions. Hot in summer, cold in winter.
• Use of manual pallet jack.
• Communication skills sufficient to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Standing, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and pushing/pulling using hands and/or arms above and below shoulder level.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an 8-hour shift.

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 Per Hour + benefits
