Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety. This position requires frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, or electric pallet jack equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime available based on business needs
