Cybersecurity Business Analyst

IDR is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, GA. This role involves supporting cybersecurity architecture governance, vulnerability management prioritization, and risk/compliance alignment across the enterprise. The position requires a hands-on, stakeholder-facing professional who can drive requirements elicitation, security governance, and reporting efforts.

Position Overview for the Cybersecurity Business Analyst:

• Supports cybersecurity architecture governance, vulnerability management prioritization, and risk/compliance alignment across the enterprise.
• Acts as a liaison between cybersecurity teams, IT architecture, vulnerability management, and business stakeholders.
• Helps translate security findings and requirements into actionable work for application and infrastructure teams.
• Drives requirements elicitation, documentation, and process improvements.
• Supports evaluation of new security technologies and maintains architecture documentation.

Requirements for the Cybersecurity Business Analyst:

• 37+ years in Business Analysis combined with cybersecurity / IT risk experience.
• Strong ability to write clear security requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Solid understanding of security controls and core cyber concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies, working with product/app/infrastructure teams.
• Capable of translating technical findings into business risk language and managing stakeholders.
