Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves working on the BSSe Transformation project, which includes a new back-end billing system impacting the front end across the entire website (Sales, Service, & Support). The candidate will collaborate with multiple UX designers, review existing Figma files, and deliver updated designs to dedicated scrum teams. Additionally, the role includes contributing to Account Management, Order Management, and Support initiatives. This is a 1-year contract position with a flexible schedule, though commuting to Alpharetta or Lenox may be required based on weekly needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 15-20 UX designers to review and adjust existing Figma files.
• Deliver updated design comps to dedicated scrum teams.
• Contribute to Account Management, Order Management, and Support initiatives.
• Create advanced wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Apply advanced layout and interaction design skills with a strong understanding of visual design principles such as proportion, hierarchy, balance, space, and contrast.
• Utilize user-centric product design methods and UX best practices.
• Analyze research, data, and analytics to build a strong design point of view and push innovative ideas forward.
• Work with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and others.

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and user-centric design methods.
• Proficiency in analyzing research, data, and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe CC.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.

Pay Range: $50 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
