As an Android Partner Compliance Server (APCS) Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for standing up cross-functional operating practices and delivering transformational initiatives foundational to the team\'s success and growth. You will partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Go-To-Market, Large Customer Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive scalable strategy and execution.

This role combines strong business acumen with project management, analytical insights, and the ability to standing up cross-functional operating models. You should be a self-starter who can analyze data, articulate issues to stakeholders, and drive action. You will gain experience in a dynamic environment solving complex problems and delivering impactful change for Google\'s largest commercial business.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google\'s Ads business runs smoothly by setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against that strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic approach to getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear strategy for APCS to operate horizontally across Americas Large Customer Sales from an operating model and process perspective, aligning with annual and in-quarter priorities.
  
• Establish a partnership model between APCS and cross-functional partners to align go-to-market approaches (e.g., Global, GCS, Marketing, Cloud).
  
• Steer cross-functional executive decision making between APCS and partner organizations.
  
• Align plans and projects with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
  
• Support initiatives with APCS Leadership to identify, pilot, and scale new growth opportunities.
  

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or Master\'s degree.
  
• Experience leading operational initiatives with excellent problem-solving skills and strong business judgment.
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders/partners and influence executive decision making while navigating organizational dynamics.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with large data sets.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Specifics will be shared by the recruiter for your preferred location during the hiring process. Note: base salary shown does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
