Order Picking

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable and motivated Order Picker in Fayetteville, GA. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring products are prepared for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. • Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Operating order picker equipment and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.

• Verifying product numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.

• Preparing orders for packing and shipping according to company standards.

• Assisting with inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as needed.

• Inspecting products for damage or defects before shipment.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Meeting daily productivity and quality goals while following all safety procedures.

• Working closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Previous order picking or warehouse experience preferred.

• Experience operating an order picker forklift is preferred (certification is a plus).

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Ability to read pick tickets and accurately locate products.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity goals.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Availability for an in-person interview in Fayetteville, GA.
