Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support while assisting assigned advisors
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Monitor and manage client requests to ensure timely resolution
- Deliver clear and consistent communication throughout the client experience
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordination as needed
