Southern Choice Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for projects across Metro Atlanta. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and with top-tier quality, all while fostering a collaborative, customer-first environment.

We specialize in restaurant, retail, and office space construction —so experience in these sectors is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all phases of construction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to schedule, budget, and specifications through clear communication with Project Management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite that meets all safety and permit requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work, SCC self-performed labor, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
• Identify design conflicts or code issues and proactively collaborate with project management and architects to resolve them.
• Lead with professionalism, supporting a positive, productive jobsite culture.
• Track daily activities and progress through documentation and reporting.
• Support inspections, handle punch list items, and assist with project closeout.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction (restaurants, retail, offices preferred).
• Proven leadership on job sites with multiple trades.
• Knowledge of permits, jobsite safety, inspections, and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (we’re a drug-free workplace).
