Job Description

Grounds is responsible for preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions, maintaining gardens and lawns, and operating landscaping equipment. They will assist with scheduling specialty services, such as ground leveling or patio installation, and help with ordering supplies and equipment. This role ensures the upkeep and aesthetic quality of outdoor spaces through regular maintenance and weatherproofing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering furniture with tarps, and securing loose items.
• Maintain gardens and lawns, including tasks such as planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and pesticide application.
• Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment.
• Schedule specialty services such as ground leveling or patio installation.
• Assist with ordering supplies and equipment as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping and/or groundskeeping.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

The base salary range for this position is $25,750.40, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
