Monday - Friday

8AM-5PM $1800/Monthly

The Floor Technician will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various types of flooring, including tile, carpet, and vinyl, to ensure a safe and visually appealing environment. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this role involves regular interaction with customers or clients to meet their floor care and janitorial needs with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance on tile, carpet, and vinyl surfaces
• Conduct general cleaning duties to uphold facility standards
• Handle trash disposal efficiently and hygienically
• Collaborate with a small team to complete assigned tasks
• Engage regularly with customers or clients to address floor care concerns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in floor maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating floor care equipment
• Knowledge of surface cleaning techniques
• Awareness of safety protocols related to floor maintenance
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Good communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
