Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our company with professionalism and warmth. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations by managing front desk activities with efficiency and attention to detail. As an Office Receptionist, you will greet guests, handle phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks that support the overall function of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
