Slip Sheet Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Employment Type: Contract / Temp (with potential for ongoing work)
Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Must have flexibility to stay late or work Saturdays based on workflow
Overview
AdeptHR is hiring a highly skilled Slip Sheet Forklift Operator for one of our customers. This is a specialized equipment role that requires hands-on experience using a slip sheet extension . Clamp or standard forklift experience alone is not sufficient for this position.
Candidates will be required to pass an on-site skill assessment at the client location. The client is looking to fill this role as quickly as possible .
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts equipped with slip sheet extensions
- Safely handle and move materials using specialized equipment
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support warehouse workflow and meet productivity expectations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of consecutive experience operating slip sheet equipment
- Less than 6 months since last operating slip sheet equipment
- Ability to pass a client-administered skills test
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
- Ability to communicate and write in English
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday
- Flexibility to work overtime or Saturdays when required
