Instructional Aide Positions Per Diem Opportunities
Location: Rossville, GA | School-Based Support

Instructional aides are needed to provide 1:1 and small-group academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings. These per diem roles offer flexible scheduling based on school coverage needs, making them ideal for compassionate professionals interested in making a meaningful impact within an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially, supporting teachers and school staff as directed
• Provide 1:1 or small-group help to enhance classroom participation
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, and engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• TB test and current clearances as required by school district guidelines or willingness to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
