Shift Lead / Supervisor

We want to hear from you! We’re a Burger King franchise and we are looking for customer service and results oriented Managers to join our team.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate activities of the restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
* Ensure all health and safety restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
* Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for use.
* Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
* Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary.
* Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
* Manage cash handling, reconcile cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
* Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
* Report any issues or feedback to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong leadership and management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job opportunities as Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager are generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
