Field Superintendent - Service

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance activities meet Company and Area quality standards and all contract requirements
• Enforce customer, Company, and regulatory requirements for quality, reliability, safety, and EEO/AA compliance
• Support sales efforts through estimating, scheduling, execution, and resolution of customer issues
• Conduct ongoing project audits to ensure quality, completeness, and safety standards are met
• Lead manpower planning, training, performance management, and route optimization to improve productivity and control labor
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous quality improvement
• Identify and request tooling or resources that support productivity gains
• Maintain proactive labor relations and provide Area leadership with competitive market insights

What you bring

• High school diploma required.
• Proven ability to lead, direct, and develop field personnel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess customer concerns and mobilize internal resources to ensure satisfaction while controlling cost and disruption
• Sound judgment in manpower planning, training, motivation, and work assignments
• Skilled in influencing hourly employees, business agents, inspectors, and customers to drive quality, safety, and value
