Position Summary

As a Resume Application & Opportunity Specialist Intern , you will play a hands-on role in supporting our consultants by managing applications, sourcing new opportunities, and tracking recruiter engagement. This internship is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how IT consulting firms place top talent in today’s competitive market.

You won’t just be an intern—you’ll be a valuable part of the team, learning how to drive visibility for consultants, identify market trends, and measure success in real time.

What You’ll Do

Resume Applications

  • Apply to job postings on behalf of consultants across platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

  • Learn how to tailor resumes and applications to highlight consultant strengths.

Opportunity Sourcing

  • Research and track new Corp-to-Corp (C2C) opportunities across tech domains such as Cloud, Data Science, Big Data, Mobile (iOS/Android), Cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365.

  • Update trackers to keep our team informed of active opportunities.

Traction & Engagement

  • Monitor recruiter responses, interviews, and outcomes from applications.

  • Track key traction metrics and share insights on what strategies are working best.

  • Help spot bottlenecks in low-engagement job boards and brainstorm improvements.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Department Leads to align applications with priority consultants.

  • Prepare clear reports on application activity, recruiter traction, and interview pipelines.

  • Share market observations on in-demand skills, trending rates, and hiring shifts.
