UX Designer – Digital On-Premise Ordering (Contract)

Duration: 3+ month w2 contract

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (4 days onsite)

Minimum Requirements (Must-haves):

• 4+ years of experience designing and prototyping digital products using Figma
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Design Systems
• Familiarity with Digital E-commerce best practices
• Experience or familiarity with Mobile-based Digital Design

Other Requirements (Should-haves):

• Familiarity or experience with Kiosk-based Touchscreen Design
• Understanding of Accessible Design (a11y) principles for consumer devices

Role Description

This UX Designer will join the Product Research and Design team as part of the Digital On-Premise Ordering product team, collaborating closely with product managers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly learn competitive analysis of Self-Service Ordering Kiosks in the US QSR market and current kiosk capabilities.
• Map the in-store guest ordering experience and compare it to off-prem mobile ordering journeys.
• Evaluate the usability and design quality of current kiosk experiences; recommend enhancements and new features.
• Design the future kiosk-based customer experience, including mockups and prototypes for ordering, rewards redemption, and payment flows.
• Apply design system for online ordering products (mobile) and extend or create elements for in-store kiosk devices (large screens).
• Take on additional UX responsibilities as needed during the assignment.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
