Control Room Operator
- $23.00 per hour
- First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM

- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in lumber manufacturing or similar industry preferred
- Prior experience in LTO roles or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes using HMI systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform minor repairs
- Conduct preventive and autonomous maintenance activities
- Coordinate with utility operators and production teams to optimize operations
- Maintain accurate production, equipment, and process records
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, including TPI and AWPA requirements
- Monitor product quality and identify non-conforming materials
- Assist in scheduling production priorities and assigning tasks as needed
- Support 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate performance issues, safety concerns, and process risks to management
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
