Front Desk/Staff Aide
Jubilee Christian Preparatory Academy is College preparatory Early Childhood Education. We believe every child is uniquely created by God for a definite purpose. We are seeking an energetic role model candidate for the position of School front desk personnel/classroom Teacher Aide. Such candidate must have people and customer services relational skills. Our ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and deliver great satisfying services to homeroom teacher and parents.
Job Details:- As a school front desk person/staff aide, your responsibilities involve ensuring effective communication between school administrators, parents, students, and community members.
- You answer phone calls and emails, welcome visitors, and support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents.
- The Candidate will also help assist teachers in their classroom when the need arises. Do lunch break and be willing at short notice to take up other role for the smooth running of the organization.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Room coverage at lunch and other times when necessary.
- Maintaining the school’s policies and procedures.
- Attend ongoing training.
