- Full-time teammates typically earn $1,200–$2,500+ per bi-weekly pay period depending on performance, schedule availability, and sales ability.
- 5-10 minute phone screening to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- 15-30 minute “In-Person Interview” with Management to review role details, responsibilities, and team dynamics.
- 1 mandatory weekend shift
- 3–4 weekday shifts
- Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business needs
- Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
- We train you Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement

- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
