Schedule: Part-Time (Monday – Wednesday, with select Fridays)

Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and community-minded educator to join our progressive micro-school environment. In this part-time role, you will guide a vibrant, multi-age classroom through hands-on exploration and student-led inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, progressive lessons for a multi-age classroom, utilizing station rotations and staggered instruction to meet diverse learning levels.
• Cultivate a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and mutual respect among scholars.
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our hands-on curriculum and community-building initiatives.
• Maintain an organized and dynamic learning space that reflects a welcoming, modern aesthetic.
• Partner with parents to ensure each child’s unique academic and social-emotional potential is met.

Qualifications

• Prior teaching, tutoring, or homeschooling experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who is deeply passionate about youth education.
• A strong desire to grow professionally with the company and take on active roles in community development.
• Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills to effectively manage a multi-grade learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills with scholars, parents, and fellow team members.
