**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner at the front desk, providing assistance as needed.
+ Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and/or identification for those entering the premises.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities and any security-related incidents.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding security-related matters as necessary.
+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique requirements of a retail distribution center environment.
+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information requests.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
