Front of House Staff
Qiao Lin Hotpot is looking for friendly and attentive Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and guide them through the menu and hot pot dining experience
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
Process payments and handle bills correctly
Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Chinese language skills are a plus
