Retail Sales Assistant Supervisor
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support that aligns with KEH's Values.
- Manage requests from customers to view items
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Assist in resolving employee issues and disputes
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist is ensuring proper store coverage and delegation of task
- Coach, encourage, correct, and check in with team members
- Assist in interviewing and training new employees
- Assist the supervisor in planning and implementing strategy
- Assume managerial responsibilities in the event of management absentee
- Assume managerial responsibilities on Saturdays and Sundays
- Assist in maintaining store performance
- Maintain proper inventory in store
- Assist in purchasing gear for customer when needed
- Response to written communications in a timely manner
- Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Customer focused attitude with a desire to provide great service
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle pressure, stay calm, de-escalate, and respond to challenging inquiries
- At least 3 years working in Sales/Retail supervision preferred
- Photography experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
