EDS Service Solutions , a leading workforce optimization partner for major car rental companies across the United States, is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Traveling Recruiter to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys traveling nationwide to support large-scale recruiting initiatives. Atlanta, GA and must be able to travel frequently on short notice , including both short-term and extended assignments depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for multiple locations nationwide
• Manage the full recruitment cycle using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for operational and administrative roles
• Partner closely with Operations and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities

Travel Recruiting & Field Support

• Travel nationwide to support recruiting launches, staffing surges, and new site openings
• Conduct on-site interviews, hiring events, and job fairs
• Distribute recruitment materials and build local candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding and orientation processes when required

Training & Employee Engagement

• Assist in delivering onboarding and training sessions for new hires
• Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture
• Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and hiring processes

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Sales mindset with the ability to attract and close candidates
• Strong organizational and relationship-management skills
• Experience using ATS platforms (Taleo or similar)preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Travel Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
• Ability to travel nationwide frequently
• Travel may include short-term trips or extended assignments, depending on operational needs
• Flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing schedules

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually
Travel expenses are covered when traveling for assignments
