Quality Supervisor (Tucker)
TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in electrical power distribution systems to hire a Quality Supervisor for their manufacturing operation in Adairsville, GA.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily quality inspection operations across incoming, in-process, and final inspections within an industrial manufacturing environment. This person will lead a team of Quality Inspectors while serving as the technical escalation point for electrical and mechanical quality issues.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Inspection team
Oversee IQC, PQC, and FQC inspection processes
Review and troubleshoot electrical wiring, cable, and assembly issues
Interpret schematics, one-line diagrams, and electrical documentation
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and industrial electrical codes
Analyze defect trends and partner with Production on root cause corrective actions
Train and onboard inspectors on quality procedures and safety standards
Track quality metrics, defect rates, and inspection reporting through ERP systems and Excel
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of Quality Control experience within manufacturing
1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong industrial electrical knowledge
Ability to read schematics and one-line diagrams
Experience with torque specs, fasteners, and precision measurement tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
ERP and Microsoft Excel experience preferred
