Caregiver/CNA Join our caring team as a Caregiver/CNA and make a daily difference in the lives of our residents. You’ll provide compassionate personal care, support daily activities, and create a positive environment for seniors in assisted living and memory care. Our Values: * Get Stuff Done * Residents Come First * Do the Right Thing * Lead with a Servant Heart * Unite as One Family * Guided by Faith Key Responsibilities: * Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding. * Safely transfer residents between beds, chairs, and vehicles. * Take and record vital signs; collect specimens as needed. * Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff. * Maintain clean and organized resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. * Support new resident welcome and orientation. * Participate in group activities and resident care conferences. * Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies promptly. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * CNA certification or experience in senior care preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for older adults. * Ability to read and follow care plans and safety procedures. * Commitment to teamwork and a positive work environment.
