Now Hiring – Non-Attorney Sales Professional

Hours: 9:00am -5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Fayetteville, GA 30214, Hybrid, 2 days in office

Rate: $60k – $100k depending on qualifications

Summary:

Our esteemed law office is currently seeking a seasoned Non-Attorney Sales Professional to support our Family Law practice. You will assist in client intake, meeting with prospective clients and explain the services we provide. You will create engagement agreements, following procedures and introduce new clients to their legal team. We provide exceptional service to our clients and opportunities for growth for our team. What you will do:

• As a Non-Attorney Sales Professional, you will lead initial consultations with potential clients to better understand their needs and provide non-legal guidance for the required process
• Establish trust and build meaningful connections to empower would be clients, helping them make confident decisions and overcome objections
• Provide smooth transition of client information and introductions to legal team.

What you will need:

• Unwaveringly positive attitude with a consumer centric, "can-do" mindset
• Proven experience in consumer sales within professional services is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport quickly, express genuine empathy, patience and understanding
• Highly energetic, self-driven, and motivated to achieve results
• Demonstrated success in selling professional services directly to consumers by reaching or exceeding targets.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as fitness, cell phone sales, automotive sales, or similar fields is a strong plus.
• Experience in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Exposure to Lawmatics is a plus
