THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RETAIL SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time evening position from 2 PM to 10 PM .

YOUR ROLE:

In this evening role, you'll oversee a team of guards, ensuring schedules run smoothly and coverage is complete. You'll be the go-to expert for client management, assessing safety measures, recommending improvements, and leading responses to incidents. Every day, you'll combine leadership, strategy, and hands-on action to keep the site secure and the client confident.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in security management, with a focus in retail

Preferred qualifications include experience in employee disciplinary processes and performance management, as well as demonstrated leadership.
