Enhancement Crew Member

Our expertise extends to landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. We take pride in serving a diverse range of properties, from single-family home developments to commercial buildings and shopping centers. 

We are currently seeking a dedicated Enhancement Crew Member to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting arboriculture and landscape enhancement projects. This position requires proficiency in plant identification, blueprint reading, and operating heavy machinery. You will collaborate closely with the Crew Leader and team members to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pruning, trimming, planting, and transplanting trees and shrubs.
• Identify and treat tree diseases and pests.
• Participate in the installation of new plants, flowers, and shrubs.
• Implement landscape designs and plans, including reading blueprints.
• Operate and maintain various landscaping and arboricultural equipment.
• Collaborate with the Crew Leader and team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

Qualifications:

• Interest in arboriculture and landscape enhancement.
• Basic knowledge of trees, plants, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Willingness to learn and operate landscaping equipment, including heavy machinery.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to contributing to high-quality work.
