A Day in the Life

Your shift begins on the production floor, where precision and pace go hand-in-hand. You review the day’s queue of automotive components, select the appropriate wash process, and calibrate equipment to meet strict cleanliness and quality standards. Once cleaned, you move seamlessly into diagnostics—verifying electrical and electronic functionality, tracing faults, and confirming that every part you touch is ready for reliable performance downstream.

When you encounter a component that isn’t behaving, you dig in. Using equipment diagnostics, you identify issues quickly and implement practical, lasting fixes. From mechanical repairs to fine-tuning assemblies, you take ownership of optimal performance. Throughout the day, you compare notes with the manufacturing team, sharing insights that streamline workflows and improve throughput. You wrap up by documenting work performed, results achieved, and any recommendations—leaving a spotless work area and a clear paper trail.

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough washing and cleaning of automotive parts to meet quality standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems in various components.
• Conduct equipment diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Repair mechanical systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning and repair activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in electrical and electronic systems diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in component repair.
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing systems and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive technology is a plus.
