Position Summary


The Customer Service Representative gives accurate information about sightseeing tours and guides customers to the American Prohibition Museum and/or Pirates Treasure Museum, and ensure museum visitors are provided with courtesy hospitality and describe the experience of the speakeasy era and the pirate era.

• Must be able to Direct guests to the American Prohibition Museum and/or Pirates Treasure Museum
• Must be able to perform in a pirate character
• Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work outside in the field and tolerate a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people both in person and via the radio while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Outgoing and enjoy working with the public
