OverviewAre you ready to make a difference in the casualty insurance space? As a Casualty Inside Broker, you’ll manage accounts, lead client service teams, and help grow new business. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting their needs. This is your chance to work in a collaborative environment and build lasting relationships.
How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll manage day-to-day account activities and ensure clients receive top-notch service. You’ll lead a client service team, guiding them to deliver results and exceed expectations. You’ll also assist senior brokers with larger accounts while managing your own subset of clients. By identifying opportunities and supporting business development, you’ll help grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.
- Handle accounts with low to medium complexity.
- Support senior brokers with medium to large books of business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure smooth internal processes to deliver client-facing services.
- A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience.
- A license to practice in casualty insurance.
- Experience in casualty insurance is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for client service.

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
