Hospice Marketer needed in Atlanta, GA.

This float position is ideal for experienced hospice nurses who enjoy variety, autonomy, and the chance to work across multiple metro locations while making a profound impact on patients' lives.

Salary and Benefits

• The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000
• Monthly commission structure: $1,000 once you hit 7th referral and $1,000 for each referral after that
• Health Insurance
• Paid Time Off – 3 weeks in year one
• Mileage Reimbursement – 50 cents per mile
• 401k retirement after 90 days of employement

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Collaborates with medical community and/or patients and families to facilitate and promote eligible hospice admissions
• Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospitals, and other community partners to increase awareness and referrals for hospice services.
• Achieve and exceed daily marketing activity targets (such as visits, calls, or presentations) to consistently promote the organization’s services.
• Meet or surpass weekly admissions goals by converting referrals into active hospice admissions.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative strategies to grow referrals and admissions.
• Actively participate in community and professional organizations to build a strong network and represent the organization’s mission.
• Demonstrate strong sales and account management habits including effective territory planning, time management, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited College or University
• Hospice or Home Health marketing/liaison experience required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospice
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
