Rental Car Agent
:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Rental Car Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of optional services to new and existing clients. We typically have a fast paced environment being the highest volume location in the Atlanta matket.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell coverage to new and existing clients
- Perform safety inspections on vehicles
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Prepare vehicles for rental
- Comply with company standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the rental car industry, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Rental car Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
