Material Handler Needed for a Manufacturing & Distribution Center in Hiram, GA
TRC Talent Solutions is actively seeking a Material Handler to join a well-established and growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Hiram, GA. This company is a leader in the production and delivery of package handling systems that support critical infrastructure in the Airline, Warehouse, and Parcel Delivery industries.
This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable client offering long-term career potential for motivated individuals.
Job Details:
Monday-Friday
7AM-3:30PM
$17.50/hr
Temp to Hire
Job Duties:
Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations daily.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Report discrepancies in quantity, location, identification, incorrect or damaged material. Able to research and reconcile inventory discrepancies, finding the root causes for errors.
Researches misplaced or unaccounted for product.
Work with individuals and departments to resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.
Safely operate forklifts: reach truck, cherry picker & sit down (narrow aisle), pallet-jack, wrap machine, and tools to perform tasks.
Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
Comfortable using a PC, experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years related inventory experience.
Basic mathematical skills
