What You’ll Do

As our Closing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and cafe during the closing hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the end-of-day operations, including closing procedures and securing the premises.
- Leading and supporting team members to maintain our high standards of service and quality.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store for the next day’s opening.
- Handling customer interactions and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Managing inventory and supplies to ensure everything is ready for the next shift.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a knack for motivating team members.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
