We're looking for a dependable Shipping & Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) to join our growing team! If you're experienced with forklifts, shipping and receiving, and take pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently, this is the opportunity for you.
You'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, and shipped on time in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift (certification provided/required).
Pick, pack, load, and unload shipments accurately.
Verify shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips and bills of lading.
Follow FIFO inventory practices and assist with cycle counts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety, EHS, and hazardous materials transportation guidelines.
Troubleshoot shipping issues and communicate with management as needed.
Review daily communications and work priorities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures, shipping documentation, and inventory practices.
Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift and HAZMAT certifications.
