What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients under the supervision of an RN

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Support patients and families with compassion and understanding

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team—nurses, aides, chaplains, and social workers—to provide holistic care

• Document care in compliance with hospice standards and regulations

What You Bring

• Active Georgia LPN license

• At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right heart)

• Compassionate communication skills and a genuine heart for service

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality care
