Travel Planning Advisor
Position Overview
As a Travel Planning Advisor, you will work directly with clients to help plan and organize travel based on their needs and preferences. You will research travel options, prepare trip details, coordinate bookings, and provide support throughout the planning stage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, is detail-oriented, and communicates clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and timelines
- Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Prepare travel information, options, and sample itineraries
- Coordinate bookings using approved systems and tools
- Share confirmations, updates, and relevant travel details with clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide timely support throughout the planning process
- Stay informed on travel requirements, policies, and destination updates
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
- Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems
- Customer-focused mindset
- Interest in travel and travel planning
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus (not required)
