Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior IT/OT Deskside Technician to provide onsite IT support at our Norcross office and assist with the upcoming office relocation to Alpharetta. This is a 9-week, full-time temporary assignment focused on desktop support, end-user support, equipment relocation, and office move-related activities. Candidates must have reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate hardware to determine whether it should be relocated or disposed of through e-waste.
• Lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Tear down, package, palletize, transport, unpack, and set up equipment.
• Set up employee workstations, including:
• • Laptops and docking stations
  • Desk phones
  • Monitors and peripherals
• Provide onsite support to the Credit team in Norcross while assisting with the Alpharetta office setup.
• Troubleshoot and support users with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 after relocation.
• Traverse stairs as required during equipment movement and office setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of:
• • Windows 11
  • Windows Server 2022 & Windows Server 2025
  • Microsoft Office 365 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with enterprise desktop support and hardware lifecycle management.

Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide white-glove support to users at all organizational levels.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to perform under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an enterprise desktop support or similar IT support role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
